I am a lifelong intuitive. I started seeing spirits and feeling the protection of angels around the age of 4.  This was long before talking about spiritual connection and universal energy was accepted by the general population, and much of my younger years were filled with confusion.  Luckily, Spirit was always with me, guiding and protecting me.

I've spent my life as a student, learning about our universe, different religions, yoga and meditation practices.  I've had the honor of meeting and studying with masters of reiki, metaphysical scientists, psychics and energy healers.  Each of them have contributed to my personal growth and helped me along my healing journey.  Most importantly, I've remembered and connected with my true self and am serving my purpose with passion in this lifetime.

I am a Usui Reiki Master and a certified practitioner of Integrated Energy Therapy ®.   My years of experience in energy work, spiritual guidance, and teaching self-care/love practices allow me to provide clients with a multi-layered approach to healing mind, body and soul in a safe, nurturing environment.  
 

All of us are connected, energetically and spiritually.  By sharing my gifts of healing, and empowering others to do the same, we lift each other up and together create beautiful transformations not only in ourselves, but in the world.
